Who is Get Savvy and the Women’s Business Resource Community?

We are a young and innovative virtual resource and learning center dedicated to supporting women-owned businesses. Our mission is to foster an all-inclusive environment where women can connect, create, and thrive in both life and business. From valuable resources and coaching to courses, community engagement, and networking opportunities, we provide a holistic platform for women entrepreneurs. Furthermore, as we grow, these open positions will be expanded and updated regularly.

And what is it we do here exactly?

Collaboration Over Competition: The WBRC provides forums, community chats, messaging and a safe space for women entrepreneurs to join forces with a network of powerful women who understand the unique dynamics of being a business owner. We believe there is more than enough to go around and for everyone to succeed!

Diverse Perspectives: Together through group coaching opportunities, our members gain fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to their business hurdles. Also, we know when women entrepreneurs are open to hearing and receiving new ideas, their success will follow.

Support: By forging strong connections with like-minded individuals, our members are building a supportive network propelling each of them forward while embracing the perspective that no-one is left behind.

Coaching for Growth: Each of our members have access to expert coaches who dedicate themselves to helping our members flourish. Also, every management member receives a private 30-minute coaching session at the beginning of their membership. And every C-Suite member receives weekly private 45-minute coaching sessions for as long as they are a good-standing member of WBRC.

Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for connecting and empowering women-owned businesses? The Get Savvy Women’s Business Resource Community is thrilled to announce a unique opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Membership Coordinator & Sales Rep!

💼 Position Overview: As a Membership Coordinator & Sales Rep, you will play a pivotal role in enrolling new members into the Women’s Business Resource Community. We are seeking an individual with exceptional sales and communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English as their first language. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record with at least 2 successful years in sales, meeting and exceeding sales goals. Advanced proficiency in social media platforms and direct/SMS text messaging is a must.

🌐 Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential members to showcase the benefits of our community.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.
• Utilize advanced social media and text messaging strategies for outreach.
• Achieve and exceed enrollment goals to contribute to the community’s growth.

💰 Compensation: This position operates as an independent contract role with a base pay and three tiers of bonuses based on meeting and exceeding goals. Your success directly correlates with your earnings.

Website / IT Tech Support

We’re seeking an individual with a profound understanding of website management and IT operations, adept at troubleshooting and enhancing our digital presence. Must have at least 2 years experience working with WordPress website platform, and membership websites.

🌐 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee website maintenance, updates, and improvements.
• Provide expert IT support to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the team to implement tech solutions that enhance efficiency.
• Stay current with industry trends and recommend innovative IT solutions.
