Capacity Before Campaigns

Estimate monthly capacity using a simple tally: hours available, hours already committed, and hours required for new goals. If the math breaks, reduce scope or sequence initiatives. Meanwhile, add buffers: two Flex blocks per week and one Recovery block for deep rest. Additionally, set a “max active projects” rule to prevent silent overload. Therefore, plans become realistic.
