Choose Your Circle Wisely

Pick three peers who understand your audience and values. Next, agree on a rhythm and a shared template. Since expectations are clear, sessions move quickly. Additionally, reciprocity rises because everyone benefits.

The Feedback Framework

Use a simple flow: Context, Criteria, Call-to-Action. First, share Context in three sentences—goal, audience, and current status. Second, give Criteria with three yes/no questions such as “Is the promise clear” or “Is the CTA simple.” Third, make a Call-to-Action by asking for one suggestion per person. Because the rules are tight, the session stays focused. Consequently, you leave with edits you can implement in under an hour.
