These individuals give you the physical time as well as the mental and emotional time to be productive. Here are three tips on how to better prioritize and delegate:
- Identify your priorities: Begin by listing your most important tasks and responsibilities. Understand which areas of your life require immediate attention and focus on those first.
- Delegate non-essential tasks: Learn to delegate tasks that do not necessarily require your personal attention. Consider outsourcing household chores or seeking assistance from family members, friends, or virtual assistants.
- Utilize technology: Leverage productivity tools. These can be project management software, task management apps, and shared calendars, to streamline your workflow and effectively delegate tasks.
Set Boundaries and Practice Self-Care
Healthy boundaries are the first topic we cover in our private coaching sessions. The reason is because without healthy boundaries, you will not be able to master time management. Self-care does more than model for your employees, family and community that it is important. It provides you with a sense of self-priority.
